ABOUT EVO’S DESIGN PROCESS

Evo Design Center’s design services are ultimately free. The initial consultation meeting in our showroom or at your home to educate you on products, services, etc., and to discuss possibilities or review initial blueprints is at no charge. The next step is, if requested, we furnish an estimate of the project based on the current given information. At this point, if you are happy to work with Evo on your project the design process begins with payment of a small retainer and we schedule a complete measure of the space or review of architectural plans. Typical services could include client meetings and needs analysis, project surveys, conceptual layout, elevations and/or perspective drawings. 

Occasionally, additional design time is deemed necessary due to the size and/or scope of a project. You may request our assistance to design other areas of your home such as libraries, home offices, laundry and/or wine rooms. Upon agreement, additional hourly design services will be billed at a rate of $125.00 per hour. Our typical design services reflect an average of about 10 hours work time.

When placing a cabinetry/fixture orders or retaining installation services with Evo Design Center the retainer fee will be credited to the total purchase price upon signing of a sales contract. Likewise, additional hourly design payments toward a specific project may be cumulative and applied to the purchase price when that purchase is $10,000.00 or greater.

– Payments for design services are non-refundable.

– Detailed installation drawings are produced only for projects purchased through Evo Design Center

– All drawings and documents are the property of Evo Design Center and cannot be used for any other reason other than for Evo Design Center to bid and construct the above named project.

– Complete specification of product and finishes is provided with all projects purchased through Evo Design Center

– Evo Design Center will gladly provide services selected and travel to any location within 75 miles of our showroom. Beyond 75 miles, there may be an additional small charge for travel.

– Licensed Structural Engineering and Licensed Architectural Services, as required, are the responsibility of the Owner or General Contractor. Evo Design Center can provide these services at additional costs. Designer assumes no responsibility or liability for errors or omissions of Contractors, Architects, Engineers or other Design Professionals.
